Warning signs in its filings
Problems the company itself reported to the SEC, in its own words.
1 serious warning sign in Aureus Greenway Holdings’ filings.
We look for five warning signs: doubt it can keep going, weak checks on its own accounts, a notice that its past accounts can't be relied on, a change of auditor, and one customer bringing in a big share of sales. We don't check lawsuits, investigations or debt yet.
We checked the auditor's report, internal controls, restatement notices, auditor changes and big customers in the 10-K filed 31 Mar 2026, plus the 10-Q filed 13 Aug 2026 and 4 later 8-Ks.
Weak checks on its own accounts
SeriousThe company said its checks on its own accounts did not work at the end of its latest quarter. Mistakes could slip into the numbers.
“As of June 30, 2026, these material weaknesses had not been fully remediated.”

As disclosed in Item 2, Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations, management has identified material weaknesses in our internal control over financial reporting as of June 30, 2026, related to (i) inadequate segregation of duties for certain key functions due to limited staff and resources, and (ii) a lack of sufficient financial reporting and accounting personnel with appropriate knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements to formalize key controls over financial reporting. As of June 30, 2026, these material weaknesses had not been fully remediated. The Company intends to implement measures designed to improve its internal control over financial reporting, including hiring additional qualified accounting and financial reporting personnel and enhancing the formal documentation of policies and controls.

Changed auditor
Worth knowingThe company changed its auditor (the firm that checks its books) in the last two years.
“On October 1, 2026, WWC was dismissed as the independent registered public accounting firm of the Company to be effective upon completion by WWC of its review of the financial statements of AGH for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and the filing of the related Form 10-Q.”
From an 8-K filed 1 October 2026: Change of auditor. Read it in the filing
A 10-K is the yearly report every US company files with the SEC. An 8-K is a short notice of a big event.
The deep dive
Everything above is arithmetic on public filings. The deep dive reads the last ten years of annual reports, the proxy statements, and the earnings calls, then argues the case the way Buffett, Klarman, and Hohn would, and checks every claim against the source.
